Now that you know the rules of Teen Patti, it’s time to finally learn how to play the game. Teen Patti has several phases that make up the entire turn.
The first phase is the initial bet. At this stage, players will be putting in an “entry fee”, and this goes into the pot. This establishes the starting value, and once all players have placed their bets, we go into the next step.
The second phase is when cards will be dealt. The dealer would distribute cards to each player individually one at a time, until all players have exactly 3 cards each. These three cards will form that players, hand, and players can look at them at any time. Once all players have their starting hand, we enter the third phase.
The betting rounds phase allows players to perform a number of actions. Players can choose to check, bet, call, raise, or fold.
Once all betting is complete, the game will proceed into the final phase, where the remaining players will reveal their hands in what is called the “showdown”. The winner is determined by the contents of their hand, where the player with the highest valued sequence in their hand would win the contents of the pot. In the event of a tie, the player with the highest individual card will trump the player with the lower individual card, winning the contents of that pot. However, if all remaining players share the highest individual card, the contents of the pot will be split equally between these tied players.
